After the Vodafone’s head Arun Sarin declared that the iPhone was "a pretty poor experience", referring at the fact that Apple’s device works on slow, second-generation mobile networks, it happened to the company to lose the exclusiveness on selling the mobile device in the UK, in the favor of the other giant, T-Mobile.

Still, the large telecommunications company wants it for itself, and the German unit has managed to ban the iPhone selling by T-Mobile.
Vodafone vs TMobile Battle over the iPhone ContinuesThe reason that convinced the judge from the Hamburg’s court to take this decision was that the exclusive deal with T-Mobile is unfair and questions its sales practices including the fees that new iPhone owners have to pay in order to use the features.
T-Mobile has not declared anything concrete yet saying that it has to examine the problem first, confirming that the restraining order was indeed issued.
