Vodafone vs. T-Mobile Battle over the iPhone Continues

After the Vodafone’s head Arun Sarin declared that the iPhone was "a pretty poor experience", referring at the fact that Apple’s device works on slow, second-generation mobile networks, it happened to the company to lose the exclusiveness on selling the mobile device in the UK, in the favor of the other giant, T-Mobile. Still, the large telecommunications company wants it for itself, and the German unit has managed to ban the iPhone selling by T-Mobile.
The reason that convinced the judge from the Hamburg’s court to take this decision was that the exclusive deal with T-Mobile is unfair and questions its sales practices including the fees that new iPhone owners have to pay in order to use the features.T-Mobile has not declared anything concrete yet saying that it has to examine the problem first, confirming that the restraining order was indeed issued.
