Virtual Girlfriend

At NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Program Spring Show which took place at Tisch School of the Arts, Drew Burrows amazed all with its invention.
He created a 2D virtual girlfriend to keep you company during sleeping near you in the same bed.
The Drew is a 28 years old guy and said he didn’t like to see the empty bed every night and so he decided to create a virtual girlfriend that reacts to your moves.
If you lie on your back she snuggles up next to you in the log position and when you take the fetus position she spoons.
To accomplish this, Drew used an infrared sensitive light projection technology based on the INBED sensor.
She doesn’t talk, you can’t touch her, and she is always dressed, but a funny fact is that if you kiss her on a cheek she rolls over and buries her face in the pillow.
