It also has the image stabilizer features and the built in flash plus the other options we mentioned for the first camera of this article. For a price of $399, you too can own this camera that has a focal length of 6.0 – 22.5 mm and a digital zoom of 4x. If you wish to record any clips, this camera will do so at a speed of 2.4 frames per second. The ISO speeds of this camera are Auto 80, 100. 200, 400, 800, 1600 and 3200.

The 10th and last position of our top ten digital cameras 2009 – part 2 is occupied by the Olympus Stylus 9000. The camera only costs $199 and it comes with 12 megapixels resolution. The optical zoom is 10x and you can take 250 pictures on a fully charged battery. The camera has 45 MB of internal video memory and the focal length is 5.0 – 20.0 mm.
