Soma Concept Phone from Andrew Kim

Remember the Samsung Lavender concept phone from Andrew Kim? If you didn’t have the chance to read about it you may do it now and then check this new design concept published on ProductDesignForums. This time it’s about a new futuristic smartphone that maintains the design characteristics of Andrew Kim’s work, and which is called Soma.
We know that Soma comes from “somatic sensation†and we like the design enough to show it to you and ask for your opinion.

Because in Andrew Kim’s vision, everything is squared today, such as your TV, windows, the meals and so on, he chose this elegant look with dynamic curves for his handset to increase ergonomics.
If Soma would be a read product, it would feature 32MB internal memory, a Mono Speaker, MP3 player, landscape view activated by the accelerometer sensor as you turn the handset sideways, and 5 material options for the housing, with different color options for customization.

The phone could come in leather, bamboo, stainless steel, denim or plastic.
Soma sports a 3.5-inch large touchscreen LCD display, a secondary touch-sensitive screen, an easy to use user interface, and all the other features of a standard high-end cell phone.
(Thanks for the tip, Waikit!)
