Ribbit: New Nextar MP3 Player

Nextar is a famous producer of customer electronic products for a fun lifestyle such as media players, GPS devices, DVD players, Bluetooth speakers, digital picture frames, car stereo systems and others.
Its latest gadget is a cute MP4 player called Ribbit, which will be revealed in detail at CES 2009 in January.

From the press release we discovered how it looks like and the most important features. Seems that Ribbit, model named MA589, sports a low-power consuming OLED display, featuring USB interface for computer connectivity, up to 4GB of storage and support for seven languages.
The new Nextar MP3 player is a cute frog coming in several colors for everyone’s taste – black, blue, green and pink - and allows you to play MP3 and WMA files. It powers from a rechargeable Li-Ion battery for up to six hours of continuous music playback and brings with earphones, the USB cable, and a software CD.
It has to be mentioned that the OLED technology used in displays for various types o gadgets, consumes low power, has high brightness and wide viewing angles, in addition to a faster response time than the other display types. More than that,the new MP3 player has playlist function and an equalizer with eight modes for normal, rock, pop, classical, bass, jazz, soft, and SRS WOW effects, as well as five playing modes for normal, repeat one, repeat all, folder, and repeat folder.
Having just a few basic functionalities, the Nextar MP3 player will be available in stores next spring, at only $24.99.
