Power Plate exercises with a limited edition device

I sometimes become very irritated by the fact that there are too many things in this world that I won’t have the chance to know about. You can never read enough, you can never travel enough and you can never see enough. This is the truth and, unfortunately, we have nothing to do about it.

And when I ran into the Power Plate, I had the impression that someone was trying to mess with my mind. People are talking about it as if it were the ultimate device when it comes to exercising in terms if efficiency.
I don’t know if it’s such a big deal about the Power Plate, but what I do know is that there is a special edition coming out, called the Flowery Power Plate. According to the manufacturer, the person who uses the machine three times a week, for no more than 10 minutes, by standing on its vibrating plates, is going to be in the best shape ever and to lose weight. Not to mention the fact that secondary advantages refer to the increase of the bone density and the improvement of the person’s health.
But how does it work? It seems that there is a Whole-body vibration concept (or WBV), which is great help when it comes to contracting muscles 30 to 50 times per second.
The Power Plate has been out for a while now and Japanese designer Kenzo Takada decided it’s time for it to be redesigned. As a consequence, the dull grey outfit it previously had has turned into a more appealing design, a mixture between flowers in vivid colors such as blue, green and pink. The Flowery Power Plant has been unveiled to the public at the Kenzo Mansion, in Paris.
As I said, there will be a limited edition of this device and if you want to do your Power Plate exercises with it, you must be willing to throw 7,990 Euros away (or approximately $10,900).
