Online Bugs Solutions Sharing Service

Bug.gd is the creation of two guys, Matthew and Glenn, who founded the idea of a website where people can search for bugs explanations and solutions from other people’s experiences.

Online Bug Solutions Sharing Service

A person that has encountered a bug can go on the website and search to see if someone else had the same problem before and has found a solution. If not, he can post the error message and come back later to check if there is an answer.

The website sends an email after 2 days to ask the user to come back on the website and post the solution if he/she has found one in the mean time.

Online Bug Solutions Sharing Service

This is a free service, and the company intends to build revenue from corporate intranet sales of bug.gd tools.
Currently, Bug.gd has 60,000 error messages and solutions from Microsoft, and the number is growing each day.

Thanks for taking the time to review bug.gd!
bug.gd now has a Firefox add-on that makes it even easier to use.

A lot of power users like this approach- tech support professionals especially (of course it's still all free).
