Nokia Gaming Service Delay Drives Away Warner Music Group
Posted by: Sierra Monica B. in News

It seems that Nokia is facing the first problems since preparing the music shop service and had announced on Friday about a long delay of several weeks while they need to make additional tests with the new software for the gaming service.
The first Nokia music store was opened in UK and it is a success, but unfortunately for the company, the Warner Music Group is retracting its content from the website being concerned about possible illegal downloads from Mosh, the Nokia’s file-sharing website.
Nokia representatives declared that the company is hoping to solve the issues with Warner soon and convince them that “content owners' rights are not abused."
Mosh is using a fingerprint technology from Audible Magic, to check files before download.
Mosh is the proof that a big cell phone company as Nokia can succeed on the Internet also, and the numbers are showing it: 6 million people have used the website to download videos, audio files, software and documents.
Spain, Germany and France are the next European countries to welcome the online music store.
