Natura Sound Therapy 3.0 Review

Natura Sound Therapy 3.0 Review

The world we're living in is too crowded, too busy, and most of us are living too fast to have enough time to spend at least 10 minutes per day to just sit back, relax and enjoy life as it is. Since I can't make your life easier, and I can't even help you to relax, I think that the program I discovered today can take you to a world of peace and beauty, even only for a couple of minutes...

Natura Sound Therapy is a 50$ program that seems expensive at first glance, but once you install it and choose your preferences, it starts to grow on you with every minute. Now, about two hours after running the program for the first time, I have completely changed my mind about its value factor. If you want to know why would you spend your precious time to try it, then the best thing to do is read on...

Setup

icon.pngNatura Sound Therapy's last version is 3.0, and the package to download is quite heavy for those having slower Internet connections. Well, downloading 50MB of data shouldn't be much of a problem, anyway, especially since this is going to bring you 7 days of relaxation. Yes, only a week, unfortunately, but for this short trial period you can enjoy all the features of the full version of the software.

The installation process itself is nothing special, as you can see above - just another classic Windows setup. Just follow the instructions, and once all is complete, you can start discovering the interface and features of Natura Sound Therapy.

Interface
naturasoundtherapy_30_004.pngOnce upon a time, my friends were crazy about WinChimes, a popular program that brings some pleasant noises to your computer, similar to the real Wind Chimes. All I can remember about it is that I didn't like it at all, and its interface was simply boring. Natura Sound Therapy's interface is completely the other way around, reminding me of a media player such as Sonique or Quintessential. Now, that the main window is open, press the Try Now! button to move on...

Features

The main goal of this program is to help you relax, and there three four things to do to achieve this: choose a background sound or more, such as ocean waves, rain and thunder or, of course, wind chimes; enable a relaxation module (the piano and native american flute are my favorites, but the ambient dub and hand drumming are just as good); enable the brainwave synchronizer and select the frecquency to use.

At last, if you're going to simply watch the program or keep it in view as you work, you can also enable the visual plugins. Sedona Arizona Panoramas and Starfield are the only two available in the program, but more plugin packs are available for download. These being said... all you have to do is enjoy the program, and enjoy its benefical effects!

The Good

This program really works. I feel relaxed and fresh, although it's the end of my day now. Even my hamster seems to enjoy the soundscape I created using Natura Sound Therapy, and during its usage I didn't face any technical difficulties, the amount of system resources taken up by this program being very small.

The Bad

The only thing I miss is a full screen visual plugin, because that would really be an amazing experience. Well, maybe in the future...

Conclusion

Fortunately, I don't have any problems falling to sleep or relaxing, but I know lots of people that spend hours and hours trying to sleep without any luck, and I don't want to talk about headaches. Instead of paying for medication, solving one problem and having to face another (as we all know, most pills have side effects), why not start with a week of relaxation with Natura Sound Therapy? Even once you buy this program, you can rely on the 100% money back gurantee, and I am sure you don't get that for any headache or sleeping pill!
