Mobiado Introduces New Luxury Cell Phones

Mobiado is a Canadian company founded in 2004 by Peter Bonac, which designs luxury cell phones characterized by small sapphire crystal rounded buttons, aircraft aluminum encasing and exotic wood elements.
The models feature high-quality durable construction and bring the latest mobile technologies at prices around $2,000 per unit, which is not very expensive compared to the famous Vertu cell phones.

A few days ago, Mobiado released new series of phones which we will tell you about in the following lines.
The designer 105CLB models included in the Mobiado Professional line are based on a the 105ZAF launched previously, and come in Black and Silver with the front and back made of sapphire crystal printed with the company’s monogram.

Mobiado Professional 105CLB sports nickel plated (anodized aluminum for the black version) aluminum frame and stainless steel buttons/screws, while the battery hides inside a sliding mechanism, covered in sapphire crystal of 225 carats.

The new 105CLB luxury cell phones are quad-band GSM and dual-and WCDMA, featuring built-in speakerphone, 3G high-speed Internet connectivity, built-in 2MP digital camera with video recording capability, 1GB internal storage, multimedia player for music and video content, and a microUSB port for PC connectivity. In addition, they sport 2-inch screens that display images in up to 16 million colors, having a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, enough for browsing the web, compose emails with video attachments, and perform other communication-oriented functions.

With the handset you can send audio messages with your voice recorded, play Java games, create to-do lists, set the alarm clock, send files wirelessly via Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, or just tell the phone what you need it to do with voice commands.
It weighs 162 grams and measures 109.3 x 47.5 x 10.6 mm, integrating a Nokia BL-6P battery providing up to 3.5 hours of continuous talk time, or up to 9 days of standby.

The other superb model included in the luxury cell phones line of Mobiado is the Mobiado Professional 105EM special edition in white and red.

This time we encounter quality elements such as Maple burl hardwood for the red version, together with 24 Karat gold plated CNC machined brass frame, 24 Karat gold hand painted lettering and symbols, 24 Karat gold screws, while the white phone is made with box burl wood, nickel plated brass frame, sapphire crystal for the front and back, titanium screws, and the sliding battery cover from a single piece of sapphire crystal, like in the previously described model.

Whether you prefer white or red, the handset comes with quad band GSM and dual-band WCDMA support, speakerphone, 3G support, a 2MP camera for pictures and video recording on the go, 1GB of internal memory, the 2-inch display, multimedia player, microUSB port, video streaming, audio messaging over-the-air, emails with support for multimedia attachments, web browser, and the other functions encountered at the Mobiado Professional 105CLB.

The red model covered in Maple burl hardwood remembers us of wood phones like Mpingo luxury phones, or the Maple Phone, which is the most popular handset concept.
Fashionable people seem to be attracted by the soft wood covering the handset, which gives the feeling of touching a part of the nature, combined with the high technology.
