Mix Your Own Beats

Mix Your Own Beats

Different innovative product designs were awarded at Red Dot 2008 and one of them is a professional control surface for audio and video productions, created for the home studio producers. It is called the Artist Series and was developed by Euphonix and designed by essentiel, a company from Vienna.
Euphonix from US has been manufacturing large-format digital audio consoles and controllers since 20 years and with the Artist MC Control and MC Mix, it delivers the best solution for simultaneous control of multiple audio and video applications and workstations via Ethernet. The 2 slim surfaces feature motorized faders, programmable knobs, buttons, OLED displays, and a customizable high-resolution touch screen interface for digital workstations.

MC Control matches the space on desk between the keyboard and the monitor, and can be connected to other MC Mix units to build a larger control surface so you to mix your own beats.
Key functions of MC Control surface include 12 assignable soft keys, 4 touch-sensitive motorized faders, 8 touch-sensitive rotary encoders, jog/shuttle/zoom wheel and transport controls, control of multiple applications and workstations via Ethernet network, 250X faster and 8X the resolution of MIDI, support for EuCon, HUI and Mackie Control protocols, and the Studio Monitor Express software. There are plenty of tools to help using your creativity and inspiration and mix your own beats.

Artist MC Mix adds speed, high-resolution and Digital Audio Workstation integration, with instant access to pan, EQ and plug-ins with clear metering and info displays, via the faders and rotary encoders.
If you add more MC Mix units means you’ll enlarge the control surface with more of the following: 8 touch-sensitive motorized faders, 8 touch-sensitive rotary encoders, 8 displays for surround metering, parameter and track names, link to 4 MC Mix units and/or an MC Control for up to 36 faders, 250X faster and 8X the resolution of MIDI, and HUI and Mackie Control protocols support for seamless switching protocols to match the application.
