At Mobile World Congress 2008, 3 Italia, ZTE and Momodesign have announced an agreement involving the two new MD2 and MD3 handsets with video capability.

ZTE is a telecommunication equipment and network solutions provider that had the pleasure to collaborate with 3 Italia, famous Italian mobile media company, and with Momodesign Italian design center, and have come up with the trendy Universal Mobile Telecommunication System-based clamshell, MD2, and with the Digital Video Broadcasting-Handheld videophone, the MD3.



MD3 is a videophone integrating the Qualcom MSM 6280 chipset and offering touch-sensitivity as well as a 360 degrees-rotating display.
Among the MD2 specs we enumerate a 2-inch TFT display capable of 262,000 colors, a built-in camera of 1.3MP, Bluetooth, USB 2.0, 45MB of internal memory with microSD support for up to 2GB, external camera and Internet browsing.
