Lotto Pro 2007 Review

Lotto Pro 2007 Review

icon21.pngI don't know exactly if this has been proven by science, but I think that man is the only living being on Earth that dreams. Even more, we often dream with our eyes open about becoming filthy rich. Some of us work and manage to realize this dream, others find out that a rich aunt died and left them with a huge fortune, while millions of people dream every week they'll win the lottery.

Leaving lucky charms aside, some people prove they found the magic formula that helps them win again and again, but I don't trust math that much. Taking out luck and magic formulas aside (maybe those people found a formula for luck, and not for drawing the good numbers...if you understand what I mean), we still have statistics that can help increase the chances of winning.

Of course that, when talking about statistics, the use of a computer is "a must" these days, so what better way to use your computer for winning the lottery than a specialized software?

Setup

Lotto Pro 2007 is the program we'll talk about now, and its latest version is 7.20. The setup package has 7.4MB in size, being extremely easy to install. At last, you should know that the trial version works for 15 days without any limitation, and the price of the registration is 39.95$, with a 30 day money back guarantee.

Interface
lottopro2007_004.pngLotto Pro 2007 has an interface that looks a bit old, but compensates this minor drawback with its ease of use. After all, this is a program that's valuable because of what can be done with it. Before talking about the features, let's take a look at the interface. As you can see in the screenshot to the left, there are four main areas to explore - Drawings, Statistics, Tickets and Winnings, but these are taking us to the next chapter...

Features

First of all, you should know that Lotto Pro 2007 can work with a lot of lottery systems from many countries, coming with the history files for US, Canadian and other international lotteries. If your country is not on the list, you can also input data manually(I know, it sounds like a gruesome task, but at least you'll work for those possible earnings).

If the search feature of the Drawings area is not enough for you to see how good or bad are your current numbers, then you should check the Statistics area. Here, you can find the statistics for every number, the drawing summary or the skip and hit charts/graphs, but it doesn't stop here. Hit sequence, repeating pairs and repeating triples are also available.

At last, the Tickets and Winnings areas allow you to manage your tickets and, after a while, winnings. It can even check for winning tickets, everything being done as easy as possible, since you're guided by a wizard-driven user interface all along the way.

The Good

Lotto Pro 2007 is very easy to use and you don't have to own a math diploma to understand it. The trial version is fully featured, and I had no problem while running this program.

The Bad

I know that looks don't matter that much, but an updated interface would be a good idea.

Conclusion

While some people rely on luck, others spend hours and hours to use math. If you care about your time, try using Lotto Pro 2007. After all, playing the lottery and winning is not only about earning the big prize. In the long run, statistics can beat luck, and this software is one of the best weapons you can use to accomplish that.
