If it is attached to a computer’s USB port it emulates the keyboard and mouse to create random mouse movements and strange phrases typed out.
You can control this by making a little setting to the jumper and choosing the times when the keyboard and the mouse to start annoying your colleague; you can set them both in the same time or with a delay between events just by adjusting the port.
