Last week HTC introduced two new touch screen smart phone models based on the company’s successful HTC Touch.
Sporting the classic bar design, HTC Touch 3G comes with the TouchFLO interface accessible via finger gestures, with quick access to your favorite applications, and the high-speed 3G HSDPA Internet connectivity that enables 18 times faster transfer speeds compared to the standard 3G. This is supported via StarHub and is an important capability when it comes to full web browsing, video streaming and GPS navigation.
The new touch screen smart phone provides also access to the latest news headlines via the RSS reader, on its 2.8-inch large display, while allowing you to manage different Office applications brought by Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system.
More than these, it integrates a 3.2MP digital camera with video recording, as well as microSD slot for expanding the internal storage.
Expect to see the HTC Touch 3G in StarHub outlets from Singapore at a price of $798.

The common feature of the two cell phones is the high-speed mobile broadband connectivity of up to 7.2Mbps.
HTC Touch HD touch screen smart phone will be available next month at StarHub shops starting at $1,388.
“When it comes to mobile entertainment options, users have come to expect, high definition, widescreen, and fast Internet connectivity as a standard. HTC leaves no reason to compromise as the Touch HD delivers that uncompromising multimedia and Internet experience,†said Jack Tong, VP of HTC Asia. “We are living in a time where concepts have radically changed. The internet is so much more than just email and our customers expect to be able to access the Internet and high quality multimedia content no matter where they are in the world.â€
