It seems that Indians are the first to welcome the new HTC P3470 PDA phone with GPS capabilities running on Microsoft Windows 6 Professional operating system.



This lightweight but powerful Smartphone weighting just 122 grams sports a 2.8-inch large touch-sensitive display of 65,536 colors, navigation wheel, macro lens and is just 108 mm tall.
It's users will be able to use it for Internet browsing, document managing, messaging and lots of other features.

The processor that powers the new HTC model is a TI OMAP 850 at 201 MHz, and the phone’s memory is of 256MB ROM with 128 MB RAM.



HTC P3470 is a quad-band supporting GSM, GPRS and EDGE, while providing the following functionalities:

- Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, ACRVP and EDR;
- microSD card slot;
- HTC ExtUSB: 11-pin mini-USB and audio jack in one; USB 2.0 full-speed;
- built-in SiRFstarIII GPS chip;
- built-in 2MP camera with CMOS sensor, macro function;
- built-in microphone and speaker;
- multimedia player;
- 1100 mAh Li-Ion battery for up to 7 hours of talk time.
