Digital cameras have a great impact on our lives. However, there are few of us that actually think of the history of digital cameras and that realize that it has come a long way until it got to be the way it actually is at the moment.

In 1994, Apple as well started to create their own digital cameras and have a say in this market as well. They made the Apple Quick Take 100 camera in 1994. It was then followed by the Kodak DC540 – 1995, Casio QV – 11 – 1995 and the Sony Cyber Shot Digital Still Camera, back in 1996.
