Fuji Instant Cameras

Until we’ll have the chance to buy some Zero Ink paper to print pictures taken with the digital camera or cell phone, on the Polaroid printer, in a few seconds, we should try to find another solution for the moment, as no one can be sure yet, when the new technology will come out on the market. I suggest you to take a look at these cool Fuji instant cameras, available at the Lomographic Society International’s online shop.

Using the credit card-sized Fuji Instax Mini film, coming from the only remaining provider of instant film in the United States, these tiny cameras print your images instantly on a small paper, similar with the Polaroid process.
The Fuji Instant Mini 7S is a limited edition of models coming in Chocolate and White colors, powered by batteries and featuring a simple exposure control, automatic built-in flash, 0.6 meters to infinity focus, and the high-quality Fujinon lens.

Mini Instant Cameras

Both Fuji Instant Mini 7S Choco and Fuji Instax Mini 7S White measure only 119.5 x 121.5 x 70.5mm at 320 grams, featuring 1/60 sec shutter speed, f=60mm, 1:12.7, 2 components 2 elements, 46 x 62 mm image area, Inverted Galilean finder, 0.4 magnification, target mark, LED indicator in exposure meter, automatic adjustment, 0.2-6 seconds recycle time, and 0.6-2.7 m flash range. They use 4 LR6/AA-size 1.5V alkaline batteries, with a shooting capacity of 20 packs. The price is of 75 EUR.

Fuji Instax Mini 25, also called Checki 25, comes in white and orange, sporting a unique self-shoot mirror for self-portraits. It allows you to capture surroundings from up to 35 cm close distance and has intelligent flash, motorized 3 position, collapsible lens, 2 shutter design for landscape and portrait pictures, and Fujinon lens.
These cool pocket Fuji instant cameras measure 112.0 x 121.0 x 50.5 mm at 275 grams and print out 62 x 46 mm pictures. Specifications include f=60mm, 1:12.7 lens, real image finder with target spot, 0.5-2.5 m normal mode focusing, electronically programmed shutter release, 1/3-1/400 sec shutter speeds, vertical and horizontal shooting support, ISO800 sensitivity, 0.2 - 5 sec recycle time, red flash charging lamp, effective flash lamp range of 0.5-2.5m, and an LCD display showing exposure counter.
It powers from 2 CR2/DL CR2 lithium batteries and is capable of holding 30 film packs. It's priced at 100 EUR.

Fuji Intax Mini 55i is the smallest model from the Fuji Cheki series of mini cameras, measuring just 112.0 x 96.5 x 49.5 mm at 275 grams. This model comes with self-timer function for up to 2 consecutive shots, and the alert light that tells you when it's preparing to take the picture. You can shot even from 30 cm away, and there is also the intelligent flash, LCD display showing the film counter, landscape and fill-in flash mode, light/dark control, and the Fujinon lens, of course.
You can use the Fuji Intax Mini 55i to take instant 62 x 46 mm pictures on the go, close-ups, or landscape images from 3 meters to infinity range. At the Lomography shop it is available at 140 EUR.

All Fuji instant cameras are a good choice when you plan to get a cheap model with basic functions, as they are low-priced and a Fuji Instax mini film set of 10 pieces per pack costs around $10.

Hi!

Really nice cameras. I own a Fuji Instax Camera, and I love the intant pics
I get form it.

I also own a Polaroid Mio, which is actually a Fuji Mini 7s with the Polaroid
badge. The small prints form it are very crisp.

Regards,

Gene
