At the Macworld Conference & Expo which will take place between January 5 and January 9 in San Francisco, you can meet the world’s first web camera featuring wireless connectivity via the Bluetooth technology. It was created especially for Mac users by Ecamm Network and named BT-1.

The wireless web camera sends both H.264 video and AAC sound with no PC connectivity and you can set it in any place of your room within the wireless working range.
Supported by the Mac OS X systems, the BT-1 wireless web camera allows you to change its position, pan and tilt, while mounting on your desk using the included flexible mini-tripod.
Starting March you will find the wireless web camera model in stores at a suggested retail price of $149.99, but now you may pre-order it online from the official product’s website. Among its specifications we find a video resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, 4 hours of talk time and support for iChat, Skype and other instant messaging applications.
The camera measures 2 x 2 1/2 x 5/8 inches.
"Introducing this new class of wireless products is very exciting," says Ecamm's Glen Aspeslagh. "Users will be impressed with the quality and ease of use that we've built into the BT-1."
