The new monitor announced recently by Dell is a LED backlit widescreen LCD measuring 30 inches and wearing the name UltraSharp 3008WFP.
It stands out with a stunning resolution of 2560x1600 pixels, while the response time is of 8ms G2G. The brightness is of 370 cd/m2 while its digital contrast is 3000:1, and the viewing angle is of 178 degrees.

It’s clear that UltraSharp 3008WFP offers amazing clarity and vivid colors, but it is also light, weighting just 15.6 Kg, while measuring 482x697x237 mm.
You can set the height and right angle for a perfect video experience offered also by its capability to render 117% of the NTSC color range.
An important advantage provided by Dell is the connectors’ variety, and here we have 1 VGA, 2 DVI, S-VIDEO, Composite, Component, HDMI port and even the new DisplayPort.
It is known that AMD will be the first company to bring video cards compatible with DisplayPort.
Besides the ports mentioned, the monitor has also a 9-in-2 card reader and 2 USB 2.0 ports.
The number of features is high and the price is no less. This monitor will cost about $2,000.

    The backlight is a Wide CCFL, no LED backlight.
