Creative portable media player looks like an UFO
Posted by: Maria Mihale in Gadgets

There are quite a few questions that are raised by the picture below, due to the fact that it shows a weird object with an unknown identity. First of all, what in earth is that bright and shiny device, and second of all, why does it look like an UFO? Because you can’t contradict my opinion, (and not just mine, as you’ll see a little bit later) that it’s like a miniature unidentified flying object.

Another question is related to the manufacturer, mobiBlu, which wasn’t supposed to still create portable media players. If you know, for example, the MobiBLU DAH-1500i, which is also known under the name of the “Cubeâ€, “the world’s smallest fully functional player at 24 mm (0.94inch) cubedâ€, then you must know that the company was focused on devices equipped with impressive features.
As you can figure it out for yourselves, the A10 UFO model is all about its “silhouetteâ€. The curved edges give this UFO a very unique look, quite elegant as a matter of fact, defining a small portable media player with a diameter of only 3.5 inches.

The creative media player is available in two colors, black and red, both very glossy, as you can see for yourselves, and are equipped with features like Bluetooth, support for a wide range of file formats, such as MP3, WMA, ASF and OGG, headphone jack, an integrated battery and an internal memory of 2, 4 or 8 GB. A disappointing aspect is the battery life, which is said to be of only 15 hours. Compared to other MobiBLU devices, it’s quite depressing to know that you have to charge it so often.
I can’t say that the UFO isn’t a creative portable media player, because it is, but as cool as it looks, I’m sure we won’t get to enjoy it very soon.
