For example, Elvis Presley spent his first money after his rise in the fifties on buying guitars! At only 12 years old, Jimi Hendrix got his first electric guitar - the instrument which is going to shape his future later on. Eric Clapton's first guitar was a 2 pound German-made Hoyer bought by his grandparents.

It's the sound and the pure talent of that who plays the guitar; this makes the classification between cool or uncool. What is certain is that a rock star is only as awesome and great as his guitar. Guitars are the basic element in all sort of bands. For example a rock star is defined by his guitar. Thus, we can only say that this instrument is quite essential for music , no matter its type.
