When it comes to choosing the coolest cell phone, the job is never too easy as the number of smart phones that appear on the market is constantly increasing and people are becoming pickier about the number of functions and features that a cell phone must have. In consequence, choosing the coolest cell phone is supposed to be an individual action as every person cares about a different thing when it comes to buying a proper mobile device.


If I had to pick the coolest cell phone in my opinion that would be the Motorola BACKFLIP which is a super cool smart phone that comes with a lot of high end technology features. This cell phone comes with a 3.1 inch display that has a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. This touch screen is capable of displaying 256K colors. The 5 MP camera comes with features like geo-tagging and LED flash and it can take pictures at a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1920 pixels . It has the capacity to record videos at a resolution of 352 x 288 pixels. The storage space that can be found on this cell phone is as low as 512 MB but hooray for the microSD card slot which is going to allow you to extend the internal memory of this mobile device. The screen also comes with accelerometer and proximity sensors. This is a quad band GSM phone and it also offers quad band 3G support. As for the operating system, you get the Android x 1.5 with MOTOBLUR UI plus Live Widgets.

There is also an included micro USB port and a stereo Bluetooth included. The dedicated microphone comes with noise cancellation and there is also a standard 3.5 mm audio jack. This cell phone also comes with an included GPS and even Wi-Fi which is going to allow you to connect to wireless hotspot and benefit from free internet. The office document viewer is going to let you work with files like Word and Excel and you even get a PDF viewer. The four row QWERTY keyboard is not only beautiful but extremely useful and responsive. Other cool features of this smart phone are the digital compass, the Photobucket feature, the MP3 / eAAC+ / WAV / WMA9 player and the MP4 / H.264 / H.263 / WMV9 player.


But don’t even think that this cell phone is perfect. The display is pretty difficult to read when you use this cell phone outdoors, under bright sunlight. The phone does not come with multi touch capabilities and there is no FM radio. When it comes to movie playback, the player does not support DivX or XviD files. The web browser does not come with Flash support and there is no voice dialing. The lens of the camera has a pretty odd location: the QWERTY keyboard. The standard Li-Ion 1400 mAh battery is capable of keeping the cell phone on for 6 hours of talk time and almost 315 hours in standby mode.
