Cool New Gadgets
Posted by: Sierra Monica B. in Gadgets

Monday is the laziest day of the week. That’s why, after thinking in finding a way to remove the boredom, we decided to search for some cool new gadgets and make a strong collection so you to have something nice to read in 10 minutes of your Monday morning, before reaching your work place. So here they are!
A Posable Funboy Web Camera would be a fun companion for your video conversations over the Internet. It would maintain a nice smile on your face and allow you to change its position anyway you like.
The built-in web camera has a 350 kilopixel CMOS sensor with 1.3MP software interpolated and microphone, while the image resolution reaches 640 x 480 pixels at up to 30 frames per second and 24-bit true color.
It features USB 2.0 connectivity via a 90-cm long cable, Windows Vista and Mac support, while measuring 115 x 80 x 50 mm.
We haven’t tested it to see the image quality but we assume it’s an entry level model, as it costs just 10.27 EUR.

Instead of the boy you might like a Posable Robot Web Camera. Both models are designed in such a way to look funny but in the same time to provide flexibility, allowing you to set it according to your position in front of the PC. The robot camera features 360-degree adjustment and has the same characteristics as the previous model described, with support for Skype and MSN live conversations.

A multimedia cell phone like the one in the image would be a great mobile toolset for work productivity and entertainment on the go in addition to communication, even if it looks kinda big and heavy.
When closed it measures just 118 x 71 x 37 mm and can be easily inserted into a bag, while when you need it, it provides a touch-sensitive swivel 2.8-inch TFT LCD display, a built-in 2MP video camera, MP3/MP4 player, picture viewer, FM radio with program recording, a secondary 1.4 inch TFT LCD screen for time and status, 512MB internal memory expandable via a microSD card, GPRS, Bluetooth with A2DP, Dual SIM cards, Flight Mode, multiple languages for the interface including English, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Turkish, Russian, Arabic and Sanskrit, as well as up to 6 hours of continuous talk time, 3 hours of video playback and no less than 500 hours of standby.

You can use this multimedia handset for lots of things, including video recording, taking pictures, writing documents, checking emails, chatting online, upload stuff on web sites, talk handsfree, read e-books, or store your favorite music and other media.
The digital still camera enables different snapshot modes like Flash, Timer, Continuous Shot and Scenes, with effects and white balance, while the video recording feature provides Digital Zoom, Effects, White Balance and Scene Modes.
This Cell Phone Camcorder - Touchscreen Swivel Display DV is available at 59.93 EUR.

Carrying your MP3 player on the key chain or cell phone strap is not safe as long as you can’t keep the device away from bumps and scratches. That’s why someone thought in designing it as a blue MP3 Necklace . You can wear it at your neck like a jewel and carry it this way with you an MP3 player with WMA file format support, 1GB memory, 2 x 4mW earphones output, USB connectivity, Windows Vista and Mac support, a USB-rechargeable battery, button controls, all in a small form factor measuring 46 mm in diameter and 8 mm in depth.
These cool new gadgets are water resistant and can play your music for up to 5 hours continuously after spending only 17.29 EUR on one.

How to use a Solar Power Pest Killer/Landscape Light? –Well, this gadget has 2 features: it works as a pest killer and landscape light at the same time. Its internal battery charges from the solar energy, while the LED light spreads a warm and strong light around the area where you placed it. You can use it in your garden or near the home entrance.
When mounted on the ground or hanged, it uses the white light mode at 3000mcd or the 7000mcd purple colored when it acts as a pest killer.

This Bluetooth Stylus can be used together with your touch-sensitive smartphone for tapping or as a wireless speaker with microphone. The technologies it bases on include Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, BlueCore 4 audio chipset, and Class 2 transmitter power, with up to 2.48GHz wireless frequency, supporting 5 meters transmitter distance. It charges the Li-Ion battery via USB in about 4 hours and provides up to 3 hours of talk time, or 72 hours of standby.

Digital photo frames can be found in almost every store but a wallet integrating a digital picture frame is very rare.
This is the smart i-Wallet from Boysstuff, made of Nappa leather and having a built-in photo frame that plays back recorded messages.
Using the special software you can transfer your favorite pictures onto the frame via the USB cable and view them whenever you open the wallet, on the 1.4-inch color STN display.
It can record up to 140 seconds of audio and play it via the built-in stereo speaker, while showing images simultaneously.
The wallet measures 12 x 9 x 1.5 cm and the picture frame charges via USB. It is available at £39.95.

At electrojoe we’ve found some cool new gadgets including the Cassette Hub. This is a 4-port USB 2.0 hub designed like an audio cassette.

It is available in several colors, same as the Bendi Board. The cool keyboard is very slim and flexible, similar with the wireless silicone keyboard we wrote about a few months ago and which you liked so much.

It is silent and strong, so you can carry with you wherever you go, rolled inside your bag. Buy.com has it at about $20.
Instead of decorating your bathroom with candles and flower petals, I can suggest you these Floating Rose Lights from Bluw, for creating a relaxed and feminine atmosphere. The roses power from AG10 batteries and light up instantly when they get in contact with the water.

This is our collection of cool new gadgets for today. We hope you like it.
We also invite you to subscribe to the newsletter and prepare for the upcoming iPhone Shades October Giveaway!!!
