Present at National Association of Broadcasters 2008, Wacom’s new innovative pen display dedicated to digital content creators supports 2D and 3D animations improving the productivity of those that design graphics or process photos.
Cintiq 12WX fits well in multiple monitor environments and is a great mobile companion because it is lightweight at 4.4 pounds, ergonomic and comes at a n affordable price of $999.99, as the producing company announced in it’s latest press release to be the street price.
It’s display measures 12.1 inches in diagonal and is a TFT LCD type with a wide surface, 24-bit color depth and 1280 x 800 pixel resolution on which creative professionals can edit pictures, paint, make sketches and many others.
The viewing angle is of 170 degrees and the interactive pen display integrates 10 customizable ExpressKeys placed 5 on each side which can be set by the user for keyboard shortcuts, Display Toglle for switching between multiple displays, or other preferred functions.

On each side you can also find the Touch Strip for zooming and scrolling.
The Grip Pen works without batteries and is characterized by 5,080lpi resolution and 1,024 levels of pressure in both the pen tip and eraser, with 60 degrees angles.
Wacom Cintiq 12WX comes with an adjustable stand that can be oriented at 25 degree angle from horizontal, 65 degree or just flat.
