Child Web Browser

My Kids Browser is a new Internet browsing service launched yesterday to give children access only to content selected by parents.
According to the latest statistics, more than 26 popular characters that children like are linked to porn sites, and unfortunately, one out of seven children is approached by a sexual online predator. Other statistics show that 12% of the websites have porn content and as FBI demonstrated, there are about 5,000 online predators in searching for naive children.

My Kids Browser was designed to keep children safe from these websites by offering customization and access to useful sites such as educational and gaming-related, only if the parents approve them.

For example, Mr. Pocketwatch feature is the tool that parents use to control the amount of time spent online by their children, and it also provides a lockdown/kiosk mode to forbid changing settings.

“Filtering software has a difficult time knowing whether a picture is pornography or not”, says company representative Jacob Anderson. “Children might not ever read a 'bad' website, but they may still accidentally stumble upon pornography. Instead of giving children access to everything on the Internet and attempting to filter out what a program thinks is bad, we only give them access to websites that are known to be clean.”

Parents can download the trial version first or order the software for download at a price of $29.95. The CD version costs $39.95.
Features include web page analyzer, desktop lockdown, web site history, Sandbox area with games, time restrictions, password-protected Parental Admin, auto-updater, configurable pop-up blocker, printer and search bar disabler, time online counter.
