Cheap solar lights? Not so really!
Posted by: Maria Mihale in Gadgets

The Sanyo Eneloop range is very well known all around the world, due to a very important aspect, the very long battery life.
For those who don’t know, “for the first time in battery-history it has been possible to combine the advantages of rechargeable batteries with the advantages of disposable batteries. This new kind of battery was developed by Sanyo, the worldwide leader in rechargeable batteries in 2005, and was launched in the European market in 2006. Since then it has been the most successful new battery ever put on the market†(eneloop).

Here it is another Eneloop device, which was released under the name of Sanyo Eneloop Solar Light, a device that was designed to receive its power straight from the sun and to output lights in two different ways: in arranged LEDs, on the other hand, for rooms/emergencies and as a beam, which can be used for a flashlight.
In addition, the Eneloop Solar Light designed by Sanyo is equipped with a USB port that allows you to charge your cell phone or any other gadget you might own with solar energy.
The features of the device include: a significant efficiency HIT solar cell, resistance to splashing, 9 LED lights and a beam light, a DC5 V / 500mA USB output and a nickel metal-hybrid battery. Available in white, the solar light has a solar charging time of 15-30 daylight hours, while the lighting time varies between 9 and 50 hours (it depends on lights used).

The Sanyo Eneloop Solar Light has nothing to do with the cheap solar lights you would prefer (which is understandable), and it can be purchased for $264 from JapanTrendShop.
