Some might say poetry is not among the main interests of people today, but there are many still dreaming of beautiful or ugly things, which raises the inspiration intensity levels that could give birth to interesting compositions or short funny love poems. This talent, if you like, is encouraged by Neutrinos, a software consultancy that collaborates with Apple to provide various applications enabling users to express themselves as they like in any circumstances.
It introduced the PoetrySinger software application to allow creative people having an iPhone or iPod Touch to compose and share poetry via the advanced multi-touch sensitive interface of the world’s most popular handset.
They can share the poems with fiends by publishing them directly from the iPhone on the website, so the others to be able to download them and enjoy the playback. Uploads and downloads are performed wirelessly at high speeds, thanks to the 3G connectivity support.
David Peixotto, CTO of Neutrinos, explains in short words:
"We wanted to create a new level of interaction for magnetic tile poetry fans. PoetrySinger kicks this off by allowing people to interact by their publishing their poems online."

The cool aspect of the story is that the new application allows you to playback the poems with spoken voice, just to make it more fun and enjoyable, in addition to the interface that displays your words on magnetic tiles.
"We realized that this would allow us to create audio recordings of each word so that poems can be read back out loud without a speech synthesizer," said Neutrinos' co-founder, Rob Banagale.

After you install the applications, all the future updates will come automatically.
The purchase price was not yet unveiled, as the PoetrySinger is prepared for the availability on iTunes.

If it is possible to check my account balance on my laptop while on the go, using the Wesabe Windows Vista Gadget, why not to try also a mobile banking service on the cell phone? Everybody is using PayPal today, because it’s simple and you only need to attach your credit cards to the PayPal online account in order to start transactions. For that, I’d need a Sprint phone with web access and the MyMoneyManager Sprint phone service, which consists of a downloadable application that allows me to connect to multiple bank accounts from BB&T, Citibank, IBC Bank and PNC Bank.
The application is user-friendly and, according to Sprint, I could perform transactions fast, thanks to the high-speed Now Network, such as check my account balance, pay the bills, send money through PayPal, and find the nearest ATMs and banks’ branch offices. The only condition I’d have to meet is to be one of the Sprint’s data subscribers.
MyMoneyManager is based on the mobile financial platform from mFoundry, which features high security using multi-factor authentication plus remote deactivation of the application.
The telecommunication company plans to pre-load MyMoneyManager on its cell phones, and add more banks, as well as financial services. Those of you that have the chance to try it, please leave a comment and tell us how satisfied you are with it.
"With MyMoneyManager, Sprint customers can take advantage of the ultra-fast speed and usability of the Now Network for on-the-go access to their financial accounts that is secure and easy-to-use," said Len Barlik, vice president of wireless and wireline services for Sprint. "Sprint is about simplicity, usability and real value. MyMoneyManager gives our customers a single mobile application that lets them use their Sprint phones to quickly access multiple financial providers, when and where they want."

Technology is evolving extremely rapid and for some of us it becomes harder and harder to keep up with it. The latest gadgets in technology are all perfectly designed and provide multiple functionalities you could benefit from, but if you are not a tech fan and need a smart all-in-one system to make your life easier, then you will have to confront with the user interface which is surely built with a complex software that has to be capable of managing system performance and power consumption.
Computer bugs are among the most frequent issues you encounter when using lots of applications, installing and uninstalling codecs and similar stuff, in order to test all of them to find the most appropriate one for what you plan to use it for.

For beginners it’s very hard to fix such problems and they always need to spend lots of money on the service. To help those of you who want to solve things fast, Digital Support Technology has just launched a new solution which I found interesting and very easy to use. I can say I tested it and liked it enough to recommend it to you, but I didn’t check for the results yet. Still, I want to tell you more about it and ask how it worked for you.

PC Fixer is a free software-based customer service, to say so, which can be downloaded from the official website, installed on your computer and used to check for system enhancement recommendations.

The free PC Fixer tool helps you in identifying and repairing different common computer problems including operating system bugs, security issues, and maintenance difficulties. In addition to the offline service you can make a step forward, in case you aren’t able to solve the problem by yourself, and ask for the live support, or, why not, read through the how-to manuals. There is also a community support forum where you can ask questions and use the answers to fix things.

For a higher level of support you’ll have to spend $19.99 per incident and get live, remote help.
In my screenshots you can see what types of problems PC Fixer can help you with, including system performance, startup and browser issues.
(Thanks for the tip, Trish!)

Together with the release of Google’s new browser – Google Chrome – the corporation introduced Picasa 3.0 and the improved version of Picasa Web Albums, a photo-sharing web application which allows users with accounts at Google to store and share 1 GB of photos for free. Picasa Web Albums reached remarkable figures from its release: it is now used by millions of people from all over the globe who upload billions of photos everyday.
Photographs are the logical consequence of the human being’s vivid imagination and Picasa Web Albums makes them a public display of the free spirit. Whether they capture moments, ideas or perspectives, the most important thing they have in common is the fact that the person behind the camera is guided by the desire of sharing experience with friends, family, and why not, even strangers.
Preoccupied with a better way of sharing and enjoying our photos with others, Google has developed major technology upgrades for both Picasa and Picasa Web Albums.
Starters will most surely appreciate a brand-new feature called “name tags†because it allows them to quickly label all the people in their photos. That way, they can organize photos based on who’s in the picture. This “name tags†feature is the result of an advanced technology which makes easier the automatic grouping of similar faces together. You label your pictures and then you can create a slideshow, for example, with you and your best friend starring the pictures, or you can share party photos with everyone who appears in the photo album.
But the changes do not end here. The site has a new fresh look that does not contorts the clarity of photos and features a new “Explore†page where you can browse the most interesting content of the site, including “Recent Photosâ€, a near-real-time view of public photos added to Picasa Web Albums. Another possibility is for you to send photos to Picasa Web Albums via email.
In addition, because Picasa Web Albums has always been integrated with Picasa, Google’s free photo management software for your PC, the beta version of Picasa 3 is made public at picasa.google.com.
The main advantage of Picasa was always the fact that it made sharing photos look like a simple action, handy to all kinds of people, with more or less technical knowledge. In the given context, Google pretend to have made sharing a whole lot easier in Picasa 3; so easy, as a matter of fact, that users don’t have to bother at all. There’s a new “sync to web†button which synchronizes specified albums on your PC to the web. Therefore, whenever you edit or add photos to the album on your PC, due to this button’s function, the changes will automatically apply to Picasa Web Albums. Moreover, you have the total control over who can see your pictures and who can’t through the Picasa software itself.

In addition, there are new powerful editing tools to retouch and restore photos, that will help you detect and fix red-eye pictures, or to add text to your images. As if this wasn’t enough already, Picasa is now fun to experience, because the overhauled photo collages and slideshows give you the chance to be creative regarding composition and layout. It must not be forgotten the brand-new movie maker that blends photos, video, webcam capture and music, in order to create customized movies that you can further share on YouTube.
If you’re curious about changes Picasa Web Albums have suffered or anxious to find some hot new stuff about Picasa 3, you can do this on Google’s official blog, where there will be daily posts about its new features.
