The movie industry is one of the largest and the best industries in the world. It has started a long time ago and it is characterized by recording photographic images with cameras or by creating images and using different animation techniques. The usage of a camera dates back in the days, in the 6^th century, when the Anthemius of Tralles used a camera obscura type.

“Be Cool movie” is a sequel of the movie “Get Shorty”. Anyhow, it is by no means a successful story as the previous was. The “Be Cool movie” is a movie that was released in the year of 2005 by the Hollywood movie enterprise. It is a movie that is produced by the Streetwise producer from the Metro Goldwyn Mayer – MGM Company. It is rather more a musical movie, that is about a young singer that is taken under the wing of a very important person in the business. in this sequel, Chilli Palmer had enough of the business movie production and when a music producer friend is killed, he offers to provide help to that friend widow to run appropriately the business. all around this part is turning through that company and what distrustful management it actually has.

As the Russian Mafia is not satisfied with the management of the company, Chilli is threatened by them but everything turns out ok, when they get to have a concert with the Aerosmith band in a duet with their protégé. They got to them as the widow had once worked for the Aerosmith.

The Chilli Palmer character is played by John Travolta while the widow is played by Uma Thurman. It features actors like Vince Vaughn, Cedric the Entertainer, Andre Benjamin, Steven Tyler and all the other components members of the Aerosmith band, Danny de Vito, James Woods, Christina Milian. It makes part from the comedy crime and musical genre.

What it does not provide one with is continuity, therefore each of the member tries to be put in evidence. It is a movie that lasts for as much as 110 minutes and that after taking all this time to watch the movie, you will see that you do not remain with anything else and you will as well just be falling asleep in your seat. The actors do not provide us with the proper acting capacity. They have some acting roles that actually do not fit them at all and that offer them the possibility of interpreting very bad, even though the actors are rather good. The same thing happens with Cristina Millan that sings in a duet with the band of Aerosmith, but even she looks rather pretty her performance is lame.



As for the title, and its relation with the rest of the action of the movie, it is as well a big disappointment; therefore, it is a movie that many people believe that it should be called “be calm”, instead of “be cool”. The general belief is that this movie is a disappointment in making further money to the previous movie. But this idea did not succeed as they actually lost a lot of money into this film making.

I have always been a movie passionate and come of the movies that I find most fascinating are the ones that involve some high-end technology innovations and equipment. One of the coolest movie trailers that I ever saw was for the movie “The Italian Job”. The story of this movie is going to take the audience to Venice, Italy, where a group of expert thieves is planning a $35 million heist consisting in golden bars. Too bad that one of the group members gets greedy and plans his very own little heist: to run away with all the gold.

Years after, the team decides it’s about time they retire, but not before they have taken their revenge upon the man that betrayed them and so, they decide to take back what is rightfully theirs. In this movie, you shall see a lot of action, a lot of high-end safes that come with ingenious protection systems. You will also see a lot of hacking, some cool gadgets and lots of excitement to see which criminals get away with what robbery.



Another movie that I really enjoyed is one that combines technology with animation, bringing a movie for the entire family. Wall-E is a great animation movie brought to us by Disney’s Pixar which is famous for making some of the coolest animation movies ever. Wall-E is the name of a little robot which is responsible with… collecting the garbage left on planet Earth after mankind has abandoned this planet. The movie will seem pretty dull until Eve shows up. She is a modern robot sent to Earth to see if there is any possibility for this planet to sustain life once again.

Falling in love with Eve, Wall-E follows her to the mother ship where he discovers a bunch of the humans that once abandoned their planet. Since the ship where they have been living is equipped with all sorts of technology gadgets and gizmos meant to make life easier, the human race has become lazy and fat, drinking their meals with the help of a straw.



The plot thickens, as Wall-E discovers a plant on Earth which is green and it proves the soil is fertile. This is a problem for the auto pilot computer of the ship that does not want the human race to live on Earth ever again and so the action begins as Wall-E and Eva plan to bring the people where they rightfully belong by recovering the plant that was stolen from them, the one thing that can prove Earth is ready to receive its children again.

This movie is interesting, especially due to the way in which the massive ship was built and enhanced with all of cool devices, completely mechanical and electronically, controlled by a main computer. This really left me wondering, are robots really going to control everything in the future?
