According to Wikipedia, the “exhaust gas or flue gas is emitted as a result of the combustion of fuels such as natural gas, gasoline/petrol, fuel oil or coal. It is discharged into the atmosphere through an exhaust pipe, flue gas stack or propelling nozzleâ€. You might now this under the name of “emissionsâ€.
Pay a little bit of attention at how bad this definition sounds like! It’s like the worst things that one can find on the face of the earth were brought together in order to describe the harm the emission can cause to the environment.
But more and more companies try to fight against an issue that seems to be more overwhelming that no one could have expected. New Holland, for example, developed a brand new tractor, which is called the NH2, that was designed to issue zero emissions 24 hours per day. Meaning 100% of the time. Impressive, isn’t it?

The vehicle is powered by a hydrogen fuel cell, which is a novelty, you have to agree, because, so far, such thing was seen only on super fast cars, as futuristic as they can be. In addition, the NH2 is very performant, as it has 106 horses and it’s able to operate for approximately two hours on one hydrogen tank.
The bad thing is that the NH2 is just a prototype for the moment, so the zero emissions dream isn’t to come true very soon. The good news is that New Holland is testing the NH2 and aims releasing a commercial tractor within a period of no more than three years.
