Bose SoundDock II

The SoundDock portable music system from Bose has now an enhanced second version working with the iPod and iPhone, providing high-quality audio, but coming with a slightly different design compared to the previous version of the model.

It’s very handy when used thanks to the remote control it brings with, which allows you to play with different functions and navigate through the playlist via the infrared technology. The volume controls are placed on the unit.
Measuring only 6 5/8 x 12 x 6 ½ inches the new version maintains a small form factor for easy portability but comes with the same sound power level. You can use it even to charge your iPod or iPhone’s battery when you need.

We were expecting from Bose to update its website with the new product’s page but unfortunately it didn’t happen till this moment, so we can’t dig deeper the specifications list.
What we know is that the system supports even the latest iPhone model, the one featuring high-speed 3G connectivity, and you’ll be able to use it without enabling the Flight Mode. Hopefully you won't encounter iPhone 3G problems like others did.
Bose iPod dock black will be available in September in a stylish glossy finish at the authorized dealers at a price of $299.
