In addition, people have the chance to create groups that have a common goal.



In addition, the weight monitoring system consists of some interesting elements such as interactive weight, BMI charts (the Body Mass Index), a food diary and an intake calculator. The latter is designed to give some guidelines with regard to fat, protein, water, carbohydrats and calories.
