We have received a very interesting video posted on YouTube, showing a demonstration of IBM’s new technology, called facial recognition/gesture command.
According to Megan Malley who sent us the tip, our future cars will come with this new technology and will be capable of recognizing our facial expressions and gestures using a built-in camera, and translate these into commands like: play a song, open/close the window, open the door and so on.
I can’t say more, you’ll understand why (I hope), so I’ll leave you with the demonstration video.
