What is an EyeClop Bionic Eye?
An EyeClop Bionic Eye is a tool with which you can view virtually anything at 200 times its normal size, on your TV screen.

My kid has this toy, and I have to say its pretty cool! It REALLY magnifies and the images are very clear. I recommend it highly.
