Best MP3 Player
Posted by: Adina in Gadgets

When they asked me which is the best MP3 player on the market, the first thought that came to my mind was “This one has to be an Apple iPodâ€. And I was right. The iPod was the revolution of portable music players all around the world when it was first released in 2001. The $249 Apple iPod classic is definitely the perfect combination between price and performance. With an anodized aluminum faceplate and available in sorts of cool colors, the Apple iPod allows you to store 160 GB of music so you can listen you favorite tunes no matter where you are on the road. It is an improvement compared to the 120 GB which was the total amount of storage space on its predecessors.
With 2.4 x 4.1 x 0.41 inches, not only is it incredibly light but it’s also slim so it can fit into almost any pocket. This means that you can listen to some music even when you’re jogging in your shorts. The menu will only occupy half of the display and on the right side you will see a picture related to the selection.  Just like all iPod models you can create your own playlist out of the music collection on the iPod. It can also be used to record voice messages and memos. Not only can it support music in MP3 format but it can also read MPEG-4 videos at a maximum resolution of 640 x 800 pixels. You can manually add and delete music files and video files as well. There is no doubt that the quality of the sound is great.

The screen has a 2.5 inch diagonal but if you use an audio-video cable you can output the images to a 720 x 480 pixels. The battery has managed to output some impressive numbers. With 36 hours of music play and 6 hours of video playback, this iPod manages to get thought the entire day of continuous music playback. The battery is one of the factors that has always lead me to believe that the Apple iPod classic has to be the best MP3 player around. The Apple iTunes music software fits perfectly with the whole iPod concept. Consider the Apple iPod classic as an upgrade to the older iPod models.

You must remember that the iPod requires iTunes 9 or else it will not be compatible with your computer. You could try testing the latest version of iTunes on your PC before buying the MP3 player. Due to the storage capacity and the super small display and the slim and light design, the iPod has become the best friend of many music passionate all around the world. We have chosen this model as the best MP3 player because it has a good price considering the features with which it was incorporated and even if it does not have the same futuristic features of the iPod Nano it is still one great model chosen by many of the people that are willing to spend a couple hundreds of dollars on a good MP3 player.
