Beckham’s Unique iPod Touch

Beckham's Unique iPod Touch

The iPod Touch was sort of a success for Apple, though it got some bad reviews too. Most of the people dig its new features, but some can't get enough of what a standard device can do. That’s the case of David Beckham and his buddies from the English football team.

As you know, David Beckham was the captain of the English representative and he’s recently celebrated the 100-cap in official matches. For this special occasion his team-mates though of an original present, ordering a special edition of iPod Touch. Beckham reached his 100-cap during last week's friendly match with France in Paris, and that’s how he received the iPod from his colleagues.

As you can see in the supplied photo, that’s no standard iPod you’ve seen. It’s a unique golden 32-gigabyte personalized version to mark the occasion. It’s got the well-know banner in the upper part and his name with the occasion under the Apple insignia. Wait, they couldn’t get rid of those legal thingies at the bottom? What a shame….

The LA Galaxy midfielder started the France game in his preferred right-midfield position before being replaced by David Bentley just after the hour mark. Now he can enjoy listening to his wife's latest single on the £600 iPod. Pretty cheap!
