Put peppermint sticks into melted chocolate.Then transfer to a baking pan lined using parchment paper and allow chocolate to set slightly. Roll parts of peppermint sticks in nonpareils and put them back in lined pan until chocolate set solid.

Alligator Birthday cake

First you need a bundt pan. Then you have to do cupcakes from the cake you did. You need a white cake and then, using cacao you can make a black cake. You have to let them ti get cool and then cut the cake in three pieces.

Angel Food Cake
It is one of the most tasty and coolest cake!

You need twelve white eggs, one cup of sugar, one teaspoon cream of tartar, one teaspoon vanilla, one cup sifted cake flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. You can also add fruit or frosting optional.

You have to beat egg whites with cream of tartar in a bowl with a mixer. Do it at high speed until it will foamy.

Then add two tablespoons and 1/2 cup of the sugar. he sugar have to be dissolved so don't stop from beating until it will be dissolved. Whites have to be glossy. Put together flour, sugar which remained and some salt. Put some of the flour mixture over whites and fold until flour disappears.Repeat it how many times is necessary. Pour into an Angel Food pan and cut what is extra with metal spatula.

Bake it for 30, 40 minutes. Then invert cake in pan using a bootle neck. Then let it to get cool how much time it need. Then take it from pan wih a knife.Pay attention! Do it gently!

Optionally you can top with fruit or frost, it is delicious!
