What is an EyeClop Bionic Eye?
An EyeClop Bionic Eye is a tool with which you can view virtually anything at 200 times its normal size, on your TV screen.

Presented as an advanced toy for 6 years and up - kids, it not only shows details about any item but it could be a useful tool for learning about what things are made of, giving you the opportunity to change your perception about reality, as the common everyday objects are appearing extraordinary.

The Bionic Eye comes with a viewing tube, viewing dish and the base for hands-free use, while you must provide it the 5 AA batteries.
For its capability to show table salt looking like blocks of ice, fine hair looking like twisted rope or your skin looking like an alien one, the device has won many awards such as Parents Choice Best Toy Award, Parents Magazine Best Toy Award, Children''s Technology Review, Editor''s Choice Award, Toy Insider Hot 20 Toys, and ToysRUs Fabulous 15 Toys.

To use the Bionic Eye, it is enough to plug it into the TV and turn it on.
You’ll need no additional software to run or special system requirements to meet, and you can observe the details of any object or animal from your dog to your carpet and the liquid in your glass.

Google and Yahoo Internet giants are accused of making millions of dollars from illegal online gambling promotions, and the civil trial is set to start in February 2008, in California.
According to the published reports since the class-action lawsuit filed in California Superior Court in August 2004, the two companies don’t admit or contest they’ve received large payments from Internet gambling advertisers.
Reed Kathrein, lead attorney in the case and partner at Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro () declared that Google and Yahoo “have been profiting from this illegal practice for more than a decade†and they think that “the agreement with the government does not go far enough".
More than that, he believes that the amounts earned by these are enormous compared with the forfeiture penalties, and this will not affect them too much in the future.
Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro’s main activity is the recognized practice in class-action and complex Litigation since 1993, and it is headquartered in Seattle, with offices in major cities like Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Among its successes we enumerate the $300 million dollars settlement in the DRAM memory antitrust litigation, the $340 million dollars recovery on behalf of Enron employees, and role as co-counsel on the Visa/Mastercard litigation which resulted in a $3 billion Settlement.
