As usual, my solution to your problems is a software application, and this time, I am talking about an organizer developed by CSoftLab, called C-Organizer Pro.


Setup

Released two months ago, the last version of this program is 3.7.0, and the trial version can be used for an entire month. The setup package weighs 7MB, so most Internet connections should be able to handle its download without much trouble for you and your precious time.

Once the download of the file is complete, all you have to do is run it and follow the instructions of the installation wizard. As you can see in the screenshots above, there's nothing special that you have to do, just choose some basic options and press some "Next" buttons, and then you can start exploring the program...


Interface
While integrating a calendar, an address book, task, notes, events and password managers, C-Organizer's interface manages to keep it simple. After all, it would be a real shame to lose a lot of time using a program that is built to help you save it, don't you think? All the features are accessible from the main window, being only one or two clicks away, so let's move on to that part now...


Features

The calendar allows you to schedule your daily schedule, so you won't ever have to ask yourself again "What was I supposed to do next?", but I must admit that a full agenda can be pretty confusing, so you can take things one step further and organize your tasks into different categories.

A nice feature of this program allows you to use it for calling your contacts from the built in address book, if your hardware configuration is able to handle this task. Apart from the Appointments category (or simply "the calendar"), all the other areas of this organizer enable you to create folders for organizing your data better, and everything can be printed out to keep it in view even when your computer is away. A pretty good deal for 40$, don't you think?


The Good

C-Organizer Pro looks good, is fast, reliable and very easy to use. The trial period of a month is enough to decide if this is really a time saver or a money waster.

The Bad

Exporting data to Excel sheets would be an interesting addition for the future, as well as the ability to send out email alerts.

Conclusion

With C-Organizer Pro, you don't have any more excuses for killing time! While some people may feel sorry for this, especially when paid on an hourly basis, I am sure that most of us like to use their time with maximum efficiency, so... why not get a handy computer helper, like this program?
